Open Sea Apartments are located in Utjeha which is known for its peace and quiet, beautiful beaches and beautiful nature. Utjeha is also known for its very clean water in the sea where in addition to swimming you can also fish and dive. The exact location is a quiet part of Utjeha called Hladna Uvala. This location guarantees distance from the hustle and bustle of a large number of people, roads and other noises. Our Apartments are only 30 meters away from the sea and the beach. In front of the building on two cascades our guests have at their disposal sunbeds with umbrellas included in the price of renting the apartments. Near the apartments there are several small pebble beaches with a gentle entrance to the water ideal for children. There are also pebble and concrete beaches here which gives guests the opportunity to choose which beach they want to swim and relax on, moving away from the apartment no more than 70-100 meters. In the price of renting the apartments, guests of Open Sea Apartments, in addition to access to sun loungers on the beach, also receive access to a terrace with barbecue facilities, tables and benches.

The Open Sea Apartments are two buildings. Building 1 is the main building with four floors in which there are twelve apartments (8 with a living room and bedroom for up to six people and 4 studios for up to three people), building 2 for now only with one floor and two apartments with a bedroom and living room for up to six people each. Each apartment has a lockable bedroom and a living room with a double bed and a sofa or two sofas, high-quality furniture, its own balcony (each of the rooms in the apartments in the main building has its own balcony), hallway, large kitchen, air conditioning in the living room, fan in the bedroom, WIFI (each apartment has its own router) and LCD TV with satellite channels (FTA). Deluxe Premium AP12, AP10, AP9 and AP7 apartments have two air conditioning units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Studio apartments have a hall, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with a view, air conditioning, WIFI (each studio has its own router) and LCD TV with satellite channels (FTA).

Entrances to all apartments are located at the back of the building from the staircase, so the balconies of all apartments face the sea. Each balcony is equipped with a table and chairs.
